Magdalena Zientarska

Magdalena Zientarska has been an advocate since 2015 and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association in Warsaw.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (2010). Magdalena started gained her professional experience from  2008, initially at the Legal Department of Bank Millennium S.A. in Warsaw, followed by working with several law firms in Warsaw.

She predominantly deals with individual customer services, providing assistance in the scope of substantive and procedural civil law, with particular emphasis on representation of clients in family and inheritance cases as well as in the field of labour law. Along with participating and providing services to current entrepreneurs in the fields of civil, commercial and company law, she is also involves herself in the related court litigations.

Magdalena Zientarska's interests are mainly focused on family law, particularly in divorce cases and on issues related to parental child abductions. She has experience in carrying out the procedures stipulated in the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction of 25 October 1980 (the so-called Hague Convention). She is also interested in the topics related to the infringement of personal rights as well as that of press law.

In the scope of administrative law, Magdalena Zientarska mainly deals with the legalization of foreigners staying in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Magdalena Zientarska speaks English.
